采用PAR指数评价个性化舌侧矫治器与唇侧直丝弓矫治器的临床矫治效果

摘　　要：目的应用PAR指数对比研究个性化舌侧矫治器与唇侧直丝弓矫治器的临床疗效。方法选择临床上常见的成人错牙合畸形患者共30例,将患者平均分成二组(A组和B组)。A组完成个性化舌侧矫治病例15例,B组完成传统唇侧直丝弓矫治病例15例。采用PAR指数对二组患者矫治前后的牙齿排列、颊侧咬合关系、覆盖、覆牙合及中线情况进行评分和比较。评价二种不同矫治器的治疗效果,并对比二种矫治器的矫治疗程。结果二组患者治疗后各项PAR分值及PAR总分值相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);加权总分差与加权总分减小百分率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),加权总分差>22,加权总分减小百分率均>70%;二组临床矫治疗程相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论个性化舌侧矫治器与唇侧直丝弓矫治器的临床矫治效果与矫治疗程均不存在统计学差异,都能达到令人满意的临床矫治结果。Objective To compare the clinical effect of individual lingual appliance and labial straight wire appliance in orthodontic treatment using peer assessment rating（PAR） index. Methods Thirty adult patients with malocclusion were divided into two groups（A group and B group） , each group consisted of 15 cases. A group finished with individual lingual appliance and B group finished with labial straight wire appliance. PAR scores of dental displacement.buccal ocelusion.overjet.overbite and centerline were recorded pretreatment and posttreatment in two groups respectively. The effect of treatment of two different appliance was evaluated, and the course of treatment of two appliance was compared. Results There was no statistical significance（P〉0.05） between two groups in respective PAR scores and total PAR scores after orthodontic treatment. In both group, the numerical reduction in the weighted PAR total scores were greater than 22, and the percentage reduction in the weighted PAR total scores were greater than 70% ,and there was no statistical significance（P〉0.05） between two groups. The duration of treatment of two groups was compared ,and there was no statistical significance（P〉0.05） between two groups. Conclusion There was no statistical significance of clinical effect and the duration of treatment between individual lingual appliance and labial straight wire appliance, the outcome of clinical orthodontic treatment was satisfying similarly by these two appliance.
