Acrysof Toric人工晶状体矫正角膜散光的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的对白内障术前存在角膜散光的患者应用Toric IOL,观察其矫正散光的效果。方法选择2011年5月—2013年5月在我院接受白内障超声乳化摘除及Toric IOL植入的患者30例36眼,术中分别植入SN60T3,T4,T5 Acrysof Toric IOL,术后3个月时比较术前、术后的屈光结果。结果术后3个月时T3,T4,T5各组的未矫正视力分别为0.73±0.20,0.92±0.16,0.85±0.23,残余散光为0.52±0.22D,平均轴位发生偏转为(5.75±4.15)度,各组分别为6.8±4.5,5.0±2.0,4.5±1.8。结论 Acrysof Toric IOL能有效的矫正角膜散光,并具有良好的囊袋稳定性。Objective To observe the effect of the correction of astigmatism on the preoperative corneal astigmatism in cataract patients with the application of Toric IOL. Methods Totally 36 eyes of 30 patients from May 2011 to May 2013 in author＇s hospital underwent phacoemulsification and Toric implantation of IOL, were implanted with SN60T3,T4, T5 Acrysof Toric IOL, respectively. The refractive results were compared with the preoperative and postoperative at 3 months after operation. Results After 3 months operation, the not corrected visual acuity were 0.73 ± 0.20, 0.92 ±0.16, 0.85 ±0.23 in group T3,T4,T5; the residual astigmatism was 0.52 ±0.22D; the average axial deflection was 5.75 ± 4. 15 degrees, in each group were 6. 8 ± 4. 5,5 ±2,4. 5 ±1.8 degrees. Conclusion Acrysof Toric IOL can effectively correct the astigmatism, and has good stability in the capsular bag.
