大鼠炎性牙周组织正畸牙移动中血管内皮生长因子的表达及牙周组织改建的研究

摘  要:目的建立大鼠牙龈炎、正畸牙移动实验模型,研究正畸牙移动对正常牙周组织与炎性牙周组织的改建中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达和分布。方法选取健康雄性Wistar大鼠55只,6~8周龄,体重(220±10)g,随机分为三组,空白对照组5只不做任何处理;正常加力组25只(对照组);炎性加力组25只(实验组),加力后1、3、7、14和21d观察大鼠牙周组织VEGF的表达。结果实验组中VEGF的阳性表达高于对照组,VEGF在对照组中的表达第十四天到达峰值,在实验组中第七天到达峰值。结论VEGF在牙周组织改建中起到重要作用,牙龈的炎症刺激和正畸牙移动所引起牙周组织改建均引起VEGF的表达变化。适宜的正畸力对伴有炎症的牙周组织的改建设有破坏作用且有助于牙周组织的改建。Objective To study VEGF expression and distribution during the normal periodontal tissue and inflammatory periodontal tissue in mobile and orthodontic periodontal rebuilding process by building the experimental model of gingivitis orthodontic tooth movement in rats. Methods Totally 55 Wistar rats,6- 8 weeks, weight 220 ± 10g, were randomly divided into three groups, blank control group: Five rats not do anything; Normal strength in the control group: 25 mouse normal strength. The experimental group: 25 mouse inflammatory strength. In the first days after the strength,3 days, 7 days,14 and 21 days should observe rat periodontal tissue VEGF expression. Results The experimental group VEGF express positive was higher than those in the blank control group, VEGF in the experimental control group 7 days to reach the peak of the expressions; VEGF expression reached to peak in normal strength control group in day 14. Conclusion VEGF plays an important role in the periodontal tissue reconstruction process. Inflammatory stimulation and orthodontic force all can cause the expression of VEGF changes. Suitable Orthodontic force with the periodontal tissue inflammation of the reconstruction of no damage and helpful to the reconstruction of periodontal tissue.
