摘 要:针对地下车库自行式升降平台因偏载而产生的闷车现象,设计制造出一种齿轮齿条消隙式刚性同步机构,其具有结构简单、同步响应速度快、稳定可靠等特点。进行了升降平台偏载条件下的力学分析,指出桁架变形量对传动装置的影响不足以引发负载运行过程中的闷车现象,液压马达在偏载条件下的启动阻力过大、输出功率超出液压马达出厂设置值是导致发生闷车现象的根本原因。阐述了齿轮齿条消隙式刚性同步机构的结构和工作原理,对同步机构进行了有限元优化设计,提升了该机构的性能质量比。In view of the stuffy cart problem caused by unbalance loading of the self-propelled lift platform of under- ground garage, a pinion-rack anti-backlash rigid synchronous structure is designed and produced, with characteristics of simple structure, fast and reliable synchronous response speed, etc. The mechanical analysis is performed under the condi- tion of unbalance loading of the lift platform, to indicate that the impact of truss deformation on the transmission device will not cause stuffy cart during loading operation, while the root cause of stuffy cart is too large starting resistance of the hy- draulic motor under the unbalance loading condition and the output power exceeding the factory setting values of the hydrau- lic motor. The paper also describes the structure and working theory of pinion-rack anti-backlash rigid synchronous struc- ture, with finite element optimal design performed for the synchronous structure, which has improved the performance-qual- ity ratio of such structure.
