摘　　要：马克思主义人学思想极为丰富,对思想政治教育活动具有重要的指导作用。文章通过对马克思主义人学思想的理论梳理,重点研究人的主体性和人的本质等方面的特征,总结归纳出高校思想政治教育的人学基础是人的主体性特征,在这一哲学基础的指导下分析当代思想政治教育存在的问题,并提出了马克思主义人学思想关照下高校思想政治教育创新的思考。Marxist Thought extremely rich, ideological and political education has an important role in guiding.
