广西壮族精神分裂症社会心理因素的病例对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨广西壮族人群社会心理因素,为精神分裂症防治提供依据。方法采用1∶1配比的病例对照研究方法,以110例壮族首发精神分裂症恢复期患者为病例组,110例壮族非精神障碍患者为对照组,分析壮族精神分裂症患者的社会心理因素。结果病例组有精神分裂症家族史、低文化程度、家庭经济收入低、未婚和离婚、有幼年时不良遭遇、病前内向性格、与父母关系和与邻居关系差、无知心朋友者比例高于对照组(P<0.05)。病例组的生活事件总分和负性事件评分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。病例组的艾森克个性量表的E分低于对照组,N分和P分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论有精神病家族史、文化程度低、家庭经济收入差、未婚或离婚、性格内向、家庭支持缺乏、人际关系不良、病前遭遇大量负性生活事件的壮族人群是精神分裂症高危人群。Objective To investigate the social psychosocial factors of schizophrenia in Zhuang population in Guangxi ,and to provide the basis for the prevention and treatment of schizophrenia .Methods A 1∶1 case-control study was conducted in 110 first-episode schizophrenia patients of Zhuang nationality as case group and 110 cases of non-mental disorder patients of Zhuang nationality as control group to analyze the social psychological factors in schizophrenia patients of Zhuang nationality.Results In the case group,the factors of positive family history of schizophrenia,poor education, low family income,unmarried and divorced,adverse childhood experiences,introverted personality,tense relationship with parents and neighbors ,without friends and other factors occurred more frequently compared with control group （ P〈0 .05 ） .The life events score and negative events score of case group were higher than those of case group （P〈0.01）.The E score evaluated by Eysenck personality questionnaire of case group was lower than that of control group ,but N and P scores of case group were higher than those of control group （ P〈0 .01 ） .Conclusion The Zhuang population with a family history of psychosis , poor education , low family income , being unmarried or divorced , introverted personality , lack of family support ,tense interpersonal relationships and being suffered from a lot of negative life events before illness is at high-risk for schizophrenia .
