下咽癌及其颈部转移淋巴结人乳头瘤病毒16/18的表达

摘　　要：目的探讨人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)16/18与下咽鳞癌及其颈部淋巴结转移的关系。方法应用原位杂交(ISH)技术检测20例下咽癌组织及其颈部淋巴结组织中HPV16/18 DNA的表达情况,并结合病人临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 20例下咽组织中检出HPV16/18 DNA阳性2例占10.0%,12例转移性颈部淋巴结标本中检出HPV16/18 DNA阳性1例占8.3%,颈部正常淋巴结中均未检出HPV16/18 DNA。3例HPV16/18阳性病例均为临床Ⅳ期下咽鳞癌病例。结论 HPV16/18在下咽鳞癌及其颈部转移性淋巴结中的检出率较低。Objective To explore the correlation of human papillomavirus （ HPV） 16/18 with hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma （ HPSCC ） and associated cervical lymph node metastases .Methods Hybridization in situ （ ISH） was used to detect the expression of HPV 16/18 DNA in the tumor tissues and associated cervical lymph nodes of 20 patients with HPSCC.The clinical data was retrospectively analyzed .Results Among 20 samples of tumor tissues of HPSCC,there were 2 with positive HPV16/18 DNA which accounted for 10.0%.Among 12 samples of cervical lymph node metastases of HPSCC,there were 1 with positive HPV16/18 DNA which accounted for 8.3%.There was no HPV16/18 DNA detected in normal lymph nodes .The 3 cases of positive HPV16/18 were HPSCC of stageⅣ.Conclusion HPV16/18 might be of low expression in HPSCC and associated cervical lymph node metastases .
