摘　　要：目的探讨无症状脑梗死(Silent cerebral infarction,SCI)患者的事件相关电位(Event-related potential,ERP)N400的变化,分析SCI患者的语言功能损害特点。方法收集SCI患者(SCI组)和健康成人(对照组)各82例,分别进行N400检测,将其结果进行比较分析。结果与对照组比较,SCI组的N400潜伏期延长(P<0.01),波幅降低(P<0.05)。结论 SCI患者虽然无明显临床症状,但语言功能有一定程度的减退。Objective To explore the change of event-related potentials （ERP） N400 in patients with silent cerebral infarction （SCI） and analyze the features of their language function impairment.Methods Eighty-two SCI patients （SCI group） and 82 normal health controls （control group） were selected.They were tested by N400 and the resuits were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with that in control group,the latency of N400 was longer （P＜0.01） and the amplitude was lower （P＜0.05） in SCI group.Conclusion Although there are no significant clinical symptoms in patients with SCI,their language function has been impaired to some extent.
