摘　　要：目的观察辅酶Q10治疗帕金森病(PD)的临床疗效及安全性。方法将58例PD患者随机分为3组,对照组18例予常规治疗;治疗1组19例予常规治疗+辅酶Q10(450 mg/d);治疗2组21例予常规治疗+辅酶Q10(1 200 mg/d)。于4、12、24、36周进行疗效评估。主要评估指标包括统一帕金森病评分量表第三部分运动评分(UPDRS-Ⅲ)及帕金森病的病情评估量表(Webster)评分。结果在36周后治疗2组患者UPDRS-Ⅲ评分及Webster评分较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗2组上述评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗1组观察4、12、24、36周上述评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论辅酶Q10(1200 mg/d)能有效改善PD病患者运动功能,延缓PD患者病情进展,且用药安全,耐受性好。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect and safety of Coenzyme Q 10 on the treatment of Parkinson＇s disease .Methods 58 Parkinson＇s disease patients were randomly divided into three groups .18 cases in control group were treated by conventional treatment .19 cases in treatment group 1 received conventional therapy combined with Coenzyme Q10（450 mg/d）.21 cases in treatment group 2 received conventional therapy combined with Coenzyme Q10（1 200 mg/d）.And efficacy was evaluated in 4,12,24,36 weeks.The main evaluation indicators in-clude the Unified Parkinson＇s Disease Rating Scale part Ⅲ motor score （ UPDRS-Ⅲ） and condition assessment of Parkinson＇s disease rating scale Webster .Results In the 36 weeks after treatment UPDRS -Ⅲ score and Webster score of patients were significantly improved as compared with those before treatment in treatment group 2 （ P0.05）.Conclu-sion Coenzyme Q10 （1 200 mg/d） can effectively improve motor function in Parkinson＇s disease,delay the progres-sion of Parkinson＇s disease and it is safety and well tolerated .
