摘 要:采用酸性染料和中性染料对大豆蛋白/牛奶酪素蛋白/聚乙烯醇共混纤维(简称双蛋白纤维)进行染色.探讨了染色pH、温度、时间、氯化钠用量等对上染百分率的影响,比较了双蛋白纤维和大豆蛋白纤维的染色性能,分析了2类染料对双蛋白纤维的提升性能.研究结果表明,双蛋白纤维等电点约为3.5,染色受pH影响较大;双蛋白纤维酸性染料上染百分率受温度影响程度小于大豆蛋白纤维,且同一染色条件下,双蛋白纤维的上染百分率高于大豆蛋白纤维;双蛋白纤维对酸性染料的提升性较好.Acid and neutral dyes were applied in dyeing soybean/casein/polyvinyl alcohol blend fibres (short for double protein fibres). The influences of pH, dyeing temperature, dyeing time and neutral electro- lytes on exhaustion rate were studied. The dyeing performance of double protein fibres and soybean protein fi- bres were compared. The building up properties of these dyes were also discussed. The results showed that the isoelectric point of the double protein fibres was about 3.5, and pH had prominent effect on double pro- tein fibres dyeing. The sensitivity of soybean protein fibres to dyeing temperature was greater than that of dou- ble protein fibres. The dyeing exhaustion rate of double protein fibres at the same dyeing conditions was high- er than that of soybean protein fibres. The building up power of acid dyes on double protein fibres was good.
