摘  要:受电弓滑板是电力机车将电网电流取为己用的滑动电接触部件,滑板/接触线磨损过程涉及非常规工况或极端工况下的摩擦学问题。研究受电弓滑板载流磨损行为及其磨损面微结构的演变规律是提高滑板材料耐磨性能的关键。综述了受电弓滑板材料的载流磨损行为及其磨损面微结构特征的研究现状,重点阐述了在电弧侵蚀作用下滑板材料磨损面微结构的变化及其对应的磨损机制。提出探究磨损面精细结构的演变是掌握摩擦副的磨损机理和调控其磨损行为的关键。Pantograph contact strip is the sliding electric contact parts of electric locomotive,with which current was obtained from pantograph-catenary system.The process of friction and wear between contact strip and contact wires is a problem under special working conditions,even under the most extreme conditions.To develop a matching pantograph-catenary system,and to improve the wear resistance of contact strip is a key point to study tribological behaviors of friction pairs and the microstructure evolution of worn surface in the process of sliding with current.The research status about tribological behaviors of contact strip materials with current and the corresponding microstructures of worn surface are summarized.Emphasis is paid on the effect of arc erosion on the microstructure of worn surface.Finally,the viewpoints that exploring the fine structure of worn surface is the key to comprehend the wear mechanisms and manipulate the tribological behavior is put forward.It is also pointed out that analyzing by the latest microstructure analysis techniques will be the development direction of this research field.
