钟罩灸防治肿瘤放化疗后所致白细胞减少疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察钟罩灸防治肿瘤放化疗后所致白细胞减少的疗效。方法:40例病人根据就诊的先后顺序,随机分为观察组(神阙、关元、双足三里穴钟罩灸)20例和对照组(服用地榆升白片)20例。结果:放化疗后第7天观察组白细胞与对照组比较无显著性差异,第15天观察组白细胞与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:钟罩灸(神阙、关元、双足三里穴)能有效防治肿瘤放化疗所致白细胞减少,并能减少重组粒细胞刺激因子的用量。Objective ：To observe the effect of bell moxibustion treatment on tumor after radiotherapy and chemotherapy in- duced leutropenia. Methods ：40 patients according to clinical sequence were landomly divided into observation group （Shenque, Guanyuan, Zusanfi bell moxibustion group） 20 cases and the control group （taking Diyushengbai tablet）. Results：Chemotherapy seven days later, white blood cells of observation group and the control group had no significant difference. On the fifteenth day, white blood cells in observation group had significant difference compared with control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Bell moxi- bustion（ Shenque ,Guanyuan ,double Zusanli） can effectively prevent tumor chemotherapy from inducing leutropenia, and can re- duce the dosage of recombinant human granulocyte stimulating factor.
