元胡止痛胶囊对偏头痛小鼠脑及血浆神经递质含量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨元胡止痛胶囊治疗偏头痛的疗效及作用机理。方法:建立利血平化低5-羟色胺(5-HT)小鼠偏头痛模型,给予元胡止痛胶囊灌胃治疗5天,以佐米曲普坦为西药阳性对照药物,正天丸为中药阳性对照药物。酶联免疫分析法测定小鼠血浆和脑组织中5-HT、多巴胺(DA)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)的含量。结果:利血平化低5-HT偏头痛模型小鼠血浆及脑组织5-HT含量明显降低,脑组织中DA含量明显升高。元胡止痛胶囊可提高模型小鼠血浆和脑组织5-HT的含量,降低脑组织DA的含量,对NE无明显影响。结论:元胡止痛胶囊可以提高偏头痛模型小鼠血浆及脑组织5-HT的含量,降低脑组织DA的含量,以调整脑部血管舒缩功能,调节中枢神经痛调制机能,减弱神经性炎症。通过以上机制发挥治疗偏头痛的作用。Objective：To discover the efficacy and action mechanism of Yuanhu Zhitong Capsule as a medicine used to treat migraine. Methods ： Mice model with migraine caused by exhausting 5 - hydroxytryptamine （ 5 - HT） with reserpine was built up, and then the model mice were treated with Yuanhu Zhitong capsule for 5 days. Zolmitriptan and Zhengtian Pill were used as con- trol medicine. The level of neurotransmitter, such as 5 - HT in brain and blood plasma of mice, was tested with ELISA. Results： The content of 5 - HT in brain and blood plasma was decreased. The content of DA in brain was increased. Yuanhu Zhitong cap- sule can increase the content of 5 - HT in blood plasma and brain of model mice, can also reduce the content of DA in brain of model mice. Conclusion ： Yuanhu Zhitong capsule could treat migraine by up - regulating the level of 5 - HT in blood plasma and brain and down - regulating the level of DA in brain of model mice to regulate the action of blood vessels,improve the function of pain modulation of the center nerves system, and weaken neurogenic inflammation.
