摘 要:为了检验吊臂夹角、波长、波高及重物对浮基起重系统运动响应的影响,设计了浮基起重系统模型,并开展了相关试验研究,得到了浮基起重系统在各种工况下横摇和纵摇的时间历程曲线。结果表明,吊臂夹角、波长、波高及重物对浮基起重系统的横摇均有不同程度的影响。总的来说,当吊臂与重物在浮基中纵剖面内且同波向平行时(即吊臂夹角为90°),波浪及重物对系统纵摇影响最大,对横摇影响最小,系统比较平稳;当吊臂与重物在浮基中横剖面内且同波向平行时(即吊臂夹角为0°或180°),波浪及重物对系统纵摇影响最小,对横摇影响最大,系统横摇剧烈。因此,当浮基起重系统进行作业时,应当控制吊臂夹角与波向角对系统运动的合成影响,以提高浮基起重系统作业的稳定性和安全性。To test different influences of the boom angle, the wave-length, the wave-height and the weight on the motion responses of the system, a model of the system was established, a series of time history curves of roll and pitch were obtained through relevant tests on the model system. The results show that the boom angle, the wave-length, the wave-height and the weight all have an influence on the roll of crane-system with a floating base. In general, making the plane of boom and weight in the longitudinal section of the float- ing base parallel to the wave direction (boom angle is 90°), wave and weight can have great influence on the pitch of the system and have little influence on the roll of the system, the system is stable; making the plane of boom and weight in the crossing section of the floating base parallel to the wave direction(boom angle is 0° or 180°), wave and weight can have little influence on the pitch of the system and have great in- fluence on the roll of the system, the system is unstable. When the crane-system with a floating base is op- erating, synthetic influences of the boom angle and the wave angle on the motions of the system should be con- trolled to improve the stability and the security of crane-system with a floating base.
