摘  要:文章围绕LNG船液舱泵塔的结构强度评估展开研究,基于API规范的管节点强度衡准要求提出了一套完整的评估方法,并形成自开发软件应用于实际工程中。采用动态载荷方法对舱室运动引起的晃荡载荷进行分析计算,以选取对晃荡运动影响最大的船舶运动主载荷参数,获取满足选取原则的危险晃荡工况。基于改进的VOF法对各工况下的晃荡运动进行数值计算,并计算了泵塔所受的Morison力。根据有限元计算的结果判断管接头类型,校核泵塔管单元的屈曲、屈服应力和管接头的冲剪应力等强度指标。This paper is focused on the strength assessment of pump tower in LNG ship. A complete assess- ment method based on strength criterion of tuber joint in API is put forward and the software used in prac- tical project is developed. The sloshing load resulted from ship motion is analyzed and calculated using the dynamic load method in time domain, so as to choose the dominating load parameters of ship motion which have the greatest influences on sloshing motion and get the critical sloshing cases that meet the require- ments. The sloshing load of each sloshing case is calculated based on the modified VOF method and then the Morison's force of the pump tower is calculated according to results above. According to the results of FEM analysis the type of tuber joint should be judged first, and then the yield and buckling strength of the elements and the punch strength of tuber joints are checked.
