影响高校“阳光体育运动”系统工程建设的要素及其权重分析

摘　　要：从系统工程角度出发,以中央7号文件及相应政策法规为依据,利用问卷调查、归纳分析和专家论证等方法,建立起影响高校"阳光体育运动"建设的系统要素库。通过决策层次分析法(ATP法)计算出各要素的权重,并指出,必须抓住《国家学生体质健康标准》落实这一主线,通过课外体育活动和体育必修课这两条基本途径来展开阳光体育运动,注重校本元素的发掘,同时建立系统的组织管理体系和科学客观的评价监督体系。From the angle of system engineering,with central 7documents and relevant policies and regulations as the basis,using the questionnaire survey,inductive analysis and experts argument methods,this paper sets up the university'sunshine sports'of the construction of the library system elements.And through the decision hierarchy process(ATP method)calculates each element of the weight,it concludes that we must seize the implementation of'the national students physical health standard'.Through the extracurricular sports activities and compulsory sports course these two basic approaches to expand the sunshine sports,we should pay attention to the excavation of school-based element,at the same time establish a scientific organization and management system and objective evaluation and supervision system.
