摘 要:目的建立新疆常见的几种不同葱属植物的薄层鉴别和含量测定方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对葱属植物中蒜氨酸等氨基酸类成分进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定葱属植物中蒜氨酸的含量。结果在薄层色谱中可检出蒜氨酸;蒜氨酸在19.91-199.15μg/mL浓度范围内,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为99.23%,RSD为2.01%(n=9)。结论本法简便、准确、可靠,可用于不同葱属植物的质量控制。Objective To develop a thin layer chromatography (TLC) identifying method and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) determination method for several common allium plants in Xinjiang. Methods TLC was used to identify the composition of amino acids in allium plants, such as alliin. HPLC was used to determine the content of alliin in alliurn plants. Results Alliin was detected in TLC chromato gram. Alliin in 19.91-199.15 μg/mL had a good linear relationship with the peak area (r :0.999). The average sample recovery rate was 99.23% and RSD was 2.01% (n =9). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reliable,and can be used for the quality control of alliuTn plants.
