飞扬肠胃炎片联合左氧氟沙星治疗急慢性胃肠炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨飞扬肠胃炎片联合左氧氟沙星治疗急慢性胃肠炎的效果。方法选取本院2012年1-12月收治的急慢性胃肠炎患者100例。随机分为对照组和观察组，每组50例，对照组采用常规对症支持加左氧氟沙星治疗，观察组在对照组基础上，采用飞扬肠胃炎片治疗，比较两组疗效、相关症状及体征积分、生活质量评分。结果对照组总有效率为88．0％，观察组总有效率为98．0％，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。观察组治疗后症状及体征积分明显低于治疗前及对照组．差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。观察组生理功能、社会功能、生理问题对功能的限制、心理问题对功能的限制、活力、总体健康评价评分明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论飞扬肠胃炎片联合左氧氟沙星治疗急慢性胃肠炎效果显著，可明显改善患者的发热、鼻塞、呕吐、腹泻等症状及体征，提高生活质量，不良反应少，值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effects of feiyang changweiyan tablet combined with levofloxacin in the treat- ment of acute and chronic gastroenteritis.Methods 100 cases of patients with acute or chronic gastroenteritis in our hospital from January to December 2012 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases in each group.The conventional support and levofloxacin treatment were used in control group,on the basis of control group,feiyang changweiyan tablet was used in observation group.The effects,symptoms and signs score,quality of life scores in two groups were compared.Results Total effective rate of observation group was 98.0%,total effective rate of control group was 88.0%,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Symptoms and signs score of observation group after treatment was significantly lower than before treatment and that of control group respectively,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Physiological function score,social function score,physiological problem on functional limitation score, psychological problem of functional limitation score,activity score,general health assessment score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group respectively,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Feiyang changweiyan tablet combined with levofloxaein in the treatment of acute and chronic gastroenteritis has significant the effects,which can significantly improve the fever, nasal congestion,vomiting,diarrhea and other symptoms and signs,im- prove the quality of life,and less adverse reaction.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
