摘 要:为探究蒙脱土的掺杂对绝缘纸电气特性的影响,以实验室自制绝缘纸手抄片为原料制备出绝缘纸/蒙脱土复合材料,并根据改性绝缘纸的击穿场强和抗张强度随蒙脱土添加量的变化规律,确定了9%的蒙脱土最佳掺杂量。然后,从工频击穿场强、相对介电常数及局部放电3个方面对掺杂9%蒙脱土的改性绝缘纸的电气性能进行了研究。最后,基于扫描电镜照片和X射线衍射图谱分析了蒙脱土提升绝缘纸电气性能的相关机理。试验结果表明:蒙脱土能够比较均匀地物理分散在绝缘纸中,没有发生插层或层间剥离现象;蒙脱土的掺杂能显著提高绝缘纸的击穿强度,降低绝缘纸的相对介电常数,有效抑制油纸绝缘系统局部放电的产生和发展。In order to study the influence of montmorillonite (MMT) doping agent on the electrical characteristics of in sulation paper, kraft/montmorillonite (KMMT) composites were first prepared from insulating paper handsheets made in the laboratory, and the 9% optimal doping amount of MMT was determined according to the variation of breakdown field strength and tensile strength of modified insulation paper with MMT content. Then, the electrical characteristics of mod ified insulation paper with 9% MMT doping amount were studied from three aspects, namely the breakdown field strength at power frequency, the relative dielectric constant, and the property of partial discharge. Finally, the mechanism of electrical performance enhancement of KMMT composites was analyzed on the basis of scanning electron microscope and Xray diffraction spectra. Experimental results show that, MMT can physically disperse in the insulation paper evenly, and there is no intercalation or delamination between the layers. The addition of MMT can observably improve the breakdown strength of insulation paper, reduce its relative dielectric constant, and effectively weaken the occurrence and development of partial discharge in oilpaper insulation system.
