摘 要:文章运用有限元分析理论,以实例电动汽车车架为分析研究对象,建立电动汽车车架有限元模型;基于HyperWorks软件进行满载弯曲和扭转工况车架静态分析,得到相应的电动汽车车架应力应变云图;并进行车架模态分析,得到车架前10阶的固有频率和主要振型;通过分析和预测车架的薄弱部位,提出了改进方案与建议,为电动汽车车架的结构优化设计提供参考。By means of the finite element analysis theory and taking an electric vehicle frame as research object, the finite element model of the frame was established by the software HyperWorks. The stress-strain contours of the frame were obtained by the static analysis under the fully loaded bending and torsion conditions, and the first ten orders of inherent frequency and main vibration mode were obtained by the modal analysis. Through analyzing and predicting the weak parts of the frame, the improved scheme and some suggestions were proposed, which provided a reference for the structural optimization design of the electric vehicle frame.
