高职院校职业生涯规划咨询的意义及趋势

摘　　要：职业生涯规划是我国咨询行业的后起之秀,新的咨询发展方向,说其"新"是因为该行业在社会咨询上的运用相对较少,但是在国内高校的发展却如火如荼。它是根据服务对象性格、个人价值、技能、兴趣以及所学知识的测试,分析其职业趋向,帮助学生解析职业目标;系统科学培训,结合实战体验,为当代大学生量身打造职业生涯规划,最终在就业时获得成功。随着本科院校职业生涯规划咨询室建设的全面铺开,高职院校职业生涯规划咨询室也拉开了建设的序幕,各个高职院校职业生涯规划的发展情况与咨询室的建设情况良莠不齐,笔者现从本校职业生涯规划发展情况与咨询室建设为蓝本,浅议高职院校职业生涯规划咨询的意义及趋势。Career planning, a new consultation direction, is a ris- ing star of consultation industry in our country. It is said to be ＂new＂ because the use of the industry on the social consultation is relatively less, but in full swing in the development of domestic colleges and universities. It is a test which is according to the personality of the service object, personal values, skills, interests, and the learned knowledge, analyzes students＇ professional trends, and helps them resolve career goals; it is also a systematic and scientific training combined with actual experience, so that it can make suitable career planning for contemporary college stu- dents, and eventually help them succeed in employment. With the overall construction of career planning consultation rooms in undergraduate colleges and universities, the construction of ca- reer planning consultation rooms in higher vocational colleges is also beginning, but the construction situations are uneven in dif- ferent colleges. With the development situation of career planning and the construction of consultation room in out college as the blueprint, the author briefly discusses the significance and trend of career planning consultation in higher vocational colleges.
