摘　　要：2002年10月,中共中央、国务院做出的《关于进一步加强农村卫生工作的决定》明确提出,到2010年在全国农村基本建立起新型农村合作医疗制度。依据当前医学生就业形势,探讨新农合政策下医学生的就业导向。提出在新农合政策下改善当前医学生严峻就业形势的一些方法和途径。In October 2002, the Party Central Committee and the State Council has made the decision on further strengthening ru- ral health work, and clearly put forward that the new rural coop- erative medical care system will be generally set up by 2010 in rural areas around China. On the basis of the current medical students＇ employment situation, this paper explores medical stu- dents＇ employment orientation under the new rural cooperalive medical care policy, and proposes some ways and means of im- proving the current medical students＇ grim employment situation.
