摘  要:道德是以善恶评价方式调节人际关系的行为规范和人类自我完善的社会价值形态。道德金律是某个特定文化圈内最基本的道德共识。儒家文化和基督教作为对中西文明的历史与发展产生重要影响的伦理思想,都形成了各自独有的黄金法则。本文拟通过评析儒家的"己所不欲,勿施于人"、基督教的"己所欲,施于人"和中国社会科学院赵汀阳教授的"人所不欲,勿施于人"三条道德金规则,进一步融汇诸家精华、博采多方睿识、汲取彼此智慧,探寻一种新的求解思路。Morality is a code of conduct that regulates interpersonal relationship by enabling people to judge the good and evil, and a social value ideology with which a man approaches self-perfection. The Golden Rule is a moral consensus within a specific cultural circle. Confucianism and Christianity, which respectively exerted great influence on the historical developments of Chinese and western civilizations with their morality ideas, had their respective unique Golden Rules as well. By analyzing the three Golden Rules, namely the Confucian "do not do to others what you would not want them to do to you", Christian "do unto others as you would have them do unto you" and "do not do to others what they dislike" proposed by Professor Zhao Tingyang of Chinese Academy of Science, this paper proposes an alternative rule with reference to various ideas and insights from different schools.
