摘　　要：对当前科研管理中存在的问题进行系统分析,结合用户提出的需求及本所质量管理体系的要求,设计了基于网络的数据库及综合应用平台,提出了数据在不同系统之间共享的原则,对数据挖掘、评估分析方法在科研管理中的应用前景进行了展望。Based on the analysis of the existing problems in scientific research management, and the demand of users and the requirement of qualification management system in our institute, the paper aimed to present a database based on network and an integrated application platform, proposed the sharing principle of data among different systems, and ends up with a prospect of applications of data mining and evaluation analysis method in scientific research management.
