摘　　要：目的了解南充市某地农村老人营养状况。方法采用简易营养评价精法对南充市某地农村老人的营养状况进行评价。结果本次研究对象的分值≥11分者有267人(60.5%),<11分者有174人(39.5%)。且牙齿缺失较多者的营养状况较差。结论该地农村老人存在营养不良的现象,应重视农村老人营养健康教育并改善老人的营养状况。Objective To investigate the nutritional condition of the elderly in two counties in Nanchong City. Methods Short- form mini - nutritional assessment （MNA- SF） was used to evaluate the nutritional status of the rural elderly in Nan- chong City. Results The research results showed that 267 （60.5 % ） respondents had a normal nutritional status, while 174 （39.5 % ） could be classified as malnourished. And we al~ found that the nutritional state of the respondents with fewer teeth was worse. Conclusions There exists the phenomenon of under- nutrition among the mral elderly in these two counties. Therefore, more attention should be paid to the nutritional education and the improvement of the nutritional status of the elderly in rural areas.
