逐瘀归真汤治疗急性脑血管意外46例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察经验方逐瘀归真汤治疗急性脑血管意外的临床疗效。方法将80例急性脑血管意外患者随机分为治疗组46例,对照组34例。两组均采用综合治疗,治疗组加用逐瘀归真汤。结果治疗组为86.96%,高于对照组的58.82%(P<0.05)。结论逐瘀归真汤治疗急性脑血管意外有较好的疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of treating acute cerebrovascular accident by Zhuyuguizhen Decoction. Methods： 80 patients with acute cerebrovascular accident were randonly divided into treatment group with 46 cases and the control group with 34 cases. The treatment group was treated by Zhuyuguizhen Decoction based on comprehensive treatment and the control group was used just comprehensive treatment. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group with 86.96% was higher obviously than that of the control group with 58.82%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Zhuyuguizhen Decoction has good efficacy on curing of acute cerebrovascular accident.
