摘　　要：采用文献资料、专家访谈等研究方法,对高校竞技体育的"马太效应"现象进行研究。研究认为:高校竞技体育在高校地域分布、高校层次、运动成绩等方面表现出"马太效应"现象;它具有改革先锋、榜样引领、优势累积等积极作用,同时也具有相关的负面影响。建议:对此现象要采取辩证的认识,发挥其积极性克服其消极性,促使高校竞技体育沿着正确的道路不断前进,为我国教育和体育的发展做出更大的贡献。Using methods of literature survey and expert interviews, the paper researched the ＂Matthew effect＂ phenomenon of the university competitive sport. It concluded that the university competitive sport has ＂Matthew effect＂ phenomenon with university geographical distribution, university level and competitive sport performances. It has the positive effects with pioneer reform, leading and cumulative advantage, also it has negative effect. It suggested that should be take dialectical method for the phenomenon, so promote the college sports along the correct road to continue to move, and make the new contribution to the China＇s education and physical education.
