摘 要:作为中国八大菜系之一的湘菜,从产业角度来讲,不仅是湖南省经济社会发展的重要组成部分,而且更是展示湖南文化软实力的精美名片。但随着餐饮业的快速崛起,湘菜也面临着一系列亟需解决的实际问题,诸如高档菜肴不突出,个性不鲜明,传统菜肴与当今人们健康养生追求不同步,湘菜产业与关联产业的融合度不高等等。因此,探讨湖湘菜系发展历程及其特色,全面分析影响其发展的主要因素,具有十分重要的现实意义。为了促进湖湘菜系的健康快速发展,采取以下几个方面的措施与对策应该是比较理想的选择:一是进一步增强政府对湖湘菜系发展的重视与扶持力度;二是进一步加快湘菜企业的创新发展;三是进一步强化湘菜产业的营销创新;四是充分发挥好关联产业的相互促进作用。As China's Hunan cuisine, one of the eight most important cuisines, from the industry perspective, it is not only an important industry in Hunan Province, But also showcase exquisite card about cultural soft power in Hunan.
