摘　　要：网络组织作为一种新的组织结构形式 ,已经日益为理论界和企业界所重视。本文在分析企业所处的市场环境和网络组织特征的基础上 ,阐述了网络组织所具有的优点 ,同时 ,就如何提高网络组织的效率及其他问题提出了一些看法。As a new organization structure, network organization has acquired more and more inportance in the academic circle and business world.Through analyzing market environment which enterprises are facing and character of network organization, this paper explains the merits of network organization. At the same time,this paper also gives some opinions about how to improve the efficiency of network organization and on other problems.
