摘　　要：张仲景治疗虚劳病治思路独特,如调理阴阳、甘温扶阳、重视脾肾、扶正祛邪、缓中补虚、重视食疗等,所著《金匮要略》中龙骨牡蛎汤、天雄散、小建中汤、黄芪建中汤、八味肾气丸、薯蓣丸、酸枣仁汤、大黄虫丸等八方治疗相关虚劳病症,蕴含着深刻的辨证论治、同病异治的思想,体现了仲景辨证论治之精髓。Zhang Zhongjing treatment of consumptive disease has unique ideas, such as regulating Yin and Yang, GanWen fu Yang, strengthening body resistance and eliminating evil, supporting the spleen and stomach and tonifying deficiency, paying attention to diet therapy, etc.. Eight prescriptions of longgu muli decoction, tianxiong power, xiaojianzhong decoction, huangqi jianzhong decoction, ba- weishenqi pills,shuyu pills, suanzaoren decoction, dahuang zhechong pills treatment of consumptive related disease in Jingui Yaolue written by Zhang Zhongjing contain profound thoughts of syndrome differentiation and treatment,and same diseases with different treatment,which reflect the essence of Zhongjing＇s syndrome differentiation.
