浅析中医药防治呼吸道病毒感染的概况

摘　　要：传统中医药为防治呼吸道病毒感染的有效干预方案之一,但其在临床应用及其相关的科学研究等领域,随着对气道病毒感染类疾病思想认识上的差异,不同时期的医学实践有不同的表现特点,且存在不同的问题。本文就这些不同时期中医药抗气道病毒感染医学实践中的共性及个性的问题展开分析讨论,以期能够科学把握传统医学实践的变化规律。同时还进一步辩证分析了中医药抗病毒感染的优势与不足之处,从而能够更加合理地利用中医药方法防治气道病毒感染类疾病。Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） is the effective therapy for respiratory virus infections, which is the better practice among clinical decision-makings. As the differences in understanding of airway infection disease, medical practices of TCM in different periods have different performance characteristics and problems in the clinical application and related scientific research fields. In this paper, we open up a further discussion on these commonness and personality problems in the practice of medicine which respiratory viral infection diseases are prevented and treated by TCM, thereby being able to grasp the changing rule of the medical practice. Moreover, the strengths and weaknesses of anti-virus by TCM were further analyzed to use TCM to prevention and treatment of airway infection diseases reasonably.
