试论“神机”之道

摘　　要：《灵枢》开篇论述到"粗守形,上守神……粗守关,上守机"。意针刺治疗当以"神机"二字为关键。何为"守神"、"守机"?又如何做到"守神"与"守机"?文章将依据《黄帝内经》原文,借助"气"、"形"二字,阐释"神机"内涵及其与针刺治疗的密切关系。提示针灸之士:经络是气运行的通道,穴位是气游行出入的位置。"守机"即守气,神动则气动。针刺的关键是以针调神,以神领气,以气调形。＇The poor doctor treats the body only＇, ＇the wise doctor treats the vitality＇ were discussed in the first part of Miraculous Pivot of Inner Canon of Huangdi. This means that acupuncture treatment requires the use of ＇Shen＇ and ＇Ji＇ which axe two very important concepts. What dose ＇keeping vitality＇ and ＇probing the change of qi and blood in the meridian＇ really mean？ How to do it？ According to Inner cannon of Huangdi, the author will use ＇qi＇ and ＇body＇ which can explain the essence of ＇Shen Ji＇ and the relationship between ＇Shen Ji＇ and the treatment of acupuncture. This paper shows that the channels and collaterals axe the pathways of Qi and the acupoints axe places where Qi can enter and exit, move in and move out of the body. ＇Probing the change of qi and blood in the meridian＇ implies ＇Shou Qi＇, the movement of ＇Shen＇ implies the movement of ＇Qi＇. When one moves, the other will move. The key to acupuncture is based on the needle tune vitality, which in turn will cause the ＇Qi＇ to adjust the body.
