摘　　要："科学就是遵循规律,规律能够表征科学"。文章为提升中医传统辨证科学性和准确率的层次,在传统辨证思维规律中引进并整合了循证医学思维规律、辩证逻辑思维规律、形式逻辑思维规律和统计规律;还设计了临床辨证的四大纲目(必要征、充足征、可能征和不见征),大大提升了临床辨证科学性和准确率的层次。如能参考中医辨证研究资料以及中西医结合诊断研究资料,效果会更好。＇Science means going by the laws, since the laws represent science itself＇. For the purpose of promoting the level of scientific degree and accuracy in Chinese traditional medical science of syndrome differentiation treatment, this essay integrates the laws of evidence based medical thinking, dialectical logical thinking, formal logic thinking and statistics in traditional syndrome differentiation thinking law. Furthermore, four categories of necessary syndrome abundance syndrome and invisible syndrome in clinical syndrome differentiation are also designed in ~his paper, which largely uplifts the level of scientific degree. The effect could be much better, if some traditional Chinese medical science syndrome differentiation research information and diagnosis research resource of the combination of traditional Chinese and west medicine science research are referred in some degree
