摘　　要：通过分析《黄帝内经》、《难经》中有关因时针刺的内容,分别从因时决定针刺取穴、针法、补泻、调气、针效、针禁6个方面进行整理总结,旨在突出《黄帝内经》、《难经》之因时针刺理论,从而普及因时针刺疗法,更好地指导临床应用,提高临床疗效。By analyzing the acupuncture based on time in Inner Canon of Huangdi and Nanjing, six aspects are sorted out, including choosing acupoints, manipulations, reinforcing-reducing manipulation, regulating qi, efficacy and taboo, which are based on time. The paper focuses the theory on acupuncture based on time so as to make this therapy popular and direct the clinical application and improve the clinical curative effect.
