丹参川芎嗪联合西药治疗急性重症胰腺炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨丹参川芎嗪联合西药治疗急性重症胰腺炎的效果。方法选取河南省濮阳市安阳地区医院2009年1月至2013年3月住院的急性重症胰腺炎患者62例，采用随机数字表法分为观察组（35例）与对照组（27例）。对照组给予西药常规治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用丹参川芎嗪注射液10ml，加入0．9％氯化钠注射液静脉滴注，每日1次，疗程为10d。比较2组治疗后总有效率、并发症发生率、外科手术率、病死率及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为97．1％（34／35），明显高于对照组的81．5％（22／27），2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组并发症发生率为28．6％（10／35），明显低于对照组的44．4％（12／27）（P〈0．01）。观察组外科手术率（5．7％，2／35）及病死率（0）均低于对照组（外科手术率：14．8％，4／27，病死率：7．4％，2／27），差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。结论丹参川芎嗪联合西药治疗急性重症胰腺炎的疗效确切，并发症发生率、外科手术率及病死率低。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine injection combined with western medicine in the treatment of patients of severe acute pancreatitis. Methods Sixty-two patients with severe acute pancreatitis of department of gastroenterology in Anyang district hospital from January 2009 to March 2013 were selected. They were randomized into observation group （35 cases） and control group （27 cases） by random number table method. Observation group was treated with salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine injection combined with western medicine, and the control group was treated with Western medicine. The total effective rate, complication rate, surgical operation rate, mortality and adverse reactions of two groups after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 97.1% （34/35）, which was higher than that of control group 81.5% （22/27） （P 〈 0.05 ）. The complication rate of observation group was 28.6% （ 10/35 ）, which was lower than that of control group 44.4% （12/27）. Surgical operation rate and mortality of observation group were lower than that of control group [ surgical operation rate： 14.8% （4/27） ; mortality： 7.4% （2/27） ] ; there was asignificant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine injection combined with western medicine is one of the effective and safe medical treatments for patients with severe acute pancreatitis.
