摘 要:创业型人才培养模式是关于创业型人才培养的标准样式,它包括创业类专业设置、创业课程设计、创业型人才培养理念与目标、创业导师、创业教学方法、创业项目、创业教育保障机制、教学组织管理体制等。创业型人才培养模式是一个系统工程,各要素之间相互联系,相互补充。自20世纪80年代以来,英国高校掀起了从"研究型大学"到"创业型大学"演变的第二次学术革命,创业型人才培养模式变革卓有成效。近年来,我国高校创业型人才培养改革进展顺利,但也面临一些问题。有必要学习和借鉴英国高校先进的创业型人才培养经验,与时俱进,加大我国高校创业型人才培养模式改革力度。The entrepreneurial talent producing pattern is a standard mode which includes the setup of entrepreneurial specialties, the design of entrepreneurial curricula, the ideas and goals of producing entrepreneurial talents, entrepreneurship instructors, entrepreneurial teaching methods, entrepre neurship programs, teaching safeguard mechanisms, teaching organizational management mechanism, etc. It is also a systematic program with its elements connected and complementary. Since 1980s of the 20th century, British universities have undergone a revolutionary academic change from research uni versities to entrepreneurial universities and their reformation of the entrepreneurial talent producing pattern has achieved some good results. Nowadays, Chinese universities have made great progress in producing entrepreneurial talents, but there are still some problems. So, it is urgent for them to drawn on British experience in this respect and deepen the reform in their entrepreneurial talent produ cing mode.
