摘　　要：本文通过对抗战时期中共干部教育工作中理论联系实际原则运用的历史考察,意在说明:理论联系实际作为党践行实事求是思想路线的重要途径和马克思主义中国化的必然要求,不仅是党领导中国革命与建设事业凯歌行进的重要思想方法和优良传统作风,在干部理论教育等党的思想政治工作中也具有十分重要的作用,对当前我们在新形势下加强思想政治教育工作也不乏历史经验的启鉴意义。Through a historical review on the application of Theory with-Practice in the Chinese Communist Party＇s （CCP） education of cadres during the period of Anti-Japanese War, this article intends to indicate that the Principle of Theory with Practice as an important way for the Party＇s practice of ideologicalline of seeking truth from facts and an inevitable requirement for localization of Marxism in China, is not only an important method or thinking as well as an excellent traditional work style in the process of the Party＇s leading of revolution and construction in China, but also plays a very important role in the Party＇s ideological and political work, including theoretical education of cadres, which doubtlessly has a guiding significance historical experience of in our present enhancing of ideological and political education in the new situation.
