摘 要:目的探讨临床医生的离职意愿现状并分析其主要影响因素。方法采用多阶段分层整群抽样方法,从福建省抽取604名临床医生进行面对面问卷调查。结果有离职意愿的比例为19.2%,其95%置信区间为(16.14%,22.58%);离职意愿在不同年龄段、工作满意情况、自我职业价值认可、生活满意度、工作场所暴力等方面具有统计学差异(P<0.05);工作场所暴力是临床医生产生离职意愿的主要危险因素(P<0.05);而工作满意度和生活满意度是离职意向的主要保护因素(P<0.05)。结论年龄、工作满意情况、职业价值认可、生活满意情况及工作场所暴力是临床医生离职意愿的影响因素,可为医院管理者稳定医疗队伍进行有效干预提供理论依据。Objective The aim of the research was to investigate the turnover intention and its related factors in the doctors. Methods A total of 604 doctors were selected by using muhi-stage stratified cluster sampling method from Fujian province. Results The ratio of doctors with turnover intention was 19.2%, with 95% confidence interval (16.14%, 22.58%). There were significant differ- ences in the turnover intention with different ages, job satisfactions, job values, life satisfactions and workplace violence (P〈0.05); workplace violence was the main risk factor on turnover intention (P〈0.05); however, job satisfaction and life satisfaction were pro- tective factors for doctors (P〈0.05). Conclusion Age, job satisfaction, job value, life satisfaction and workplace violence are influen- tial factors, which provide references for the hospital managers to stabilize the team of doctors.
