摘  要:目的评估在牙周检查中,检测龈沟血的血糖水平以代替手指末梢血筛查糖尿病的可靠性,从而寻求一种迅速、安全以及无创的椅旁筛查糖尿病的方法。方法选取30例慢性牙周炎患者(男133例,女17例),血糖仪分别检测龈沟血和手指末梢血的血糖水平。结果龈沟血的血糖值范围为4.8~16.7mmol/L,平均值为(7.77±3.43)mmol/L,手指末梢血的血糖值范围为5.0~17.0rnrnol/L,平均值为(7.94±3.67)mmol/L,配对t检验分析两者无显著性差异,皮尔森相关系数分析两者高度相关。结论在牙周检查过程中,检测龈沟血的血糖水平可能用来筛查糖尿病。Objective To assess the usefulness and reliability of the gingival crevicular blood for estimating the glucose level during routine periodontal examination. Methods Thirty patients with chronic periodontitis were selected (21 men and 17 women). Blood samples were collected from gingival erevieular blood and fingerstick capillary blood respectively and detected with blood glucose meter. Results Measurements from gingival crevieular blood samples ranged from 4.8 to 16.7mmol/L with a mean of 7.77 ± 3.43mmol/L and glucose measurements obtained from fingerstick capillary blood ranged from5. 0 to 17.0mmol/L with a mean of 7.94 ± 3.67mmol/L. Data were analyzed using a Pearson's correlation coefficient and paired t-test. Paired t-test (P = 0.114) showed no significant difference while a r-value of 0. 990 showed very strong correlation between gingival crevicular blood and fingerstiek capillary blood,which was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusions The data from this study has shown that gingival crevieular blood may serve as a potential source of screening for diabetes during routine periodontal examination in populations with an unknown history of diabetes mellitus.
