摘  要:目的观察羟乙基可溶性止血纱布在121腔中的止血性能及其对人牙龈成纤维细胞增殖的影响。方法制备可溶性止血纱布和其他止血材料的细胞培养浸提液,采用四唑盐比色分析法(MTT)测定材料对人牙龈成纤维细胞生长的影响。结果可溶性止血纱布在人工唾液中的溶解速度较快,它的体外凝血指数比医用纱布和明胶海绵低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),可溶性止血纱布和明胶海绵的细胞相对增殖率没有明显差异(P〉0.05),细胞的毒性级别均为0~1级。结论可溶性止血纱布的溶解性、止血效果较好,对人牙龈成纤维细胞没有明显细胞毒性。Objective To evaluate the hemostitic effect and biocompatibity of oral soluble hemostatic guaze as well as its effect on the proliferation of human gingival fibroblasts. Methods Cell culture extracts of soluble hydroxyethyl haemostatic gauze and other hemo static materials were prepared. Methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT) assay was used to determine the effect of the materials on the growth of human gingival fibroblast cells. The solubility of the soluble hemostatic gauze in aritificial saliva was observed and the blood clotting index (BCI) in vitro of soluble hemostatic guaze and other hemostatic materials was compared. Results The solution rate of soluble hemostatic gauze in aritificial saliva was higher. The BCI of soluble hemostatic gauze was significantly lower than that of medical gauze and gelatin Sponge and the difference was statistically signiflcant,yet there was no significant difference in cell proliferation rate ob served between soluble hemostatic gauze and gelatin sponge. gauze has showed good solubility and hemostatic effect,and it Cytotoxical grade was 0 to 1. Coclusions The oral soluble hemostatic had no significant cyctoxicity to HGFC.
