摘　　要：以环氧氯丙烷、己二酸和十八烷基二甲基胺为反应原料制备Gemini型双酯类阳离子表面活性剂,并通过傅立叶变换红外光谱仪对其结构进行表征。将该表面活性剂应用到棉织物柔软整理中,探讨了其对棉织物的折皱回复角、断裂强力、白度、柔软度、耐磨性以及亲水性等指标的影响,并与传统的织物整理剂双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵(D 1821)进行比较。结果表明,Gemini型阳离子表面活性剂对棉织物的各项整理性能均与传统整理剂D 1821相近,且耐磨性和亲水性更好。Gemini di-esters cationic surfactant was made from epichlorohydrin, adipic acid and octadecyl dimethyl amine, and its structure was characterized by FTIR. Applying the surfactant to softening finish of cotton fabric, the effects of the surfactant on wrinkle recovery angle, breaking strength, whiteness, softness, wear resis-tance and hydrophility of cotton fabric were discussed. The surfactant was compared with dioctadecyl dimethyl am-monium chloride （D 1821）which is the traditional textile finishing agent. The results show that the finishing proper-ties of cotton fabric by Gemini Cationic Surfactant are similar to that by traditional finishing agent D 1821, and its wear resistance and hydrophility improves.
