摘  要:目的探讨CT—Pinpoint定位系统导引下氩氦刀治疗体部肿瘤的可行性、安全性及疗效评价。方法47例经病理证实的体部肿瘤(58处病灶)在CT—Pinpoint定位系统导引下经皮行氩氦刀冷冻消融治疗,术后计算冰球覆盖率。结果36.2l%(21/58)、48.28%(28/58)、15.520(9/58)的病灶冰球覆盖率分别为〉90.0%、80.1%~90.0%、≤80.0%;所有病灶穿刺准确率为100%,首次进针准确率为96.300(130/135);并发症发生率14.89%(7/47):其中气胸3例,肺出血2例,尿失禁1例,皮肤冻伤1例。结论CT—Pinpoint定位系统引导下氩氦刀冷冻消融体部肿瘤安全有效,具有较高临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the feasibility, safety and efficacy of CT-pinpoint location system-guided argon-helium cryosurgery system (AHCS) in treatment of body tumors. Methods Totally 47 patients with 58 pathologically con- firmed body tumors were treated with CT-Pinpoint location system-guided ACHS cryoablation, and the ice hockey coverage ratios were calculated. Results Hockey coverage rate was larger than 90.0% in 21 lesions (21/58, 36.21%), 80. 1%-- 90.0% in 28 lesions (28/58, 48.28%), less than 80.0% in 9 lesions (9/58, 15.52%/00). The puncture accuracy was 100 %, and the first time needle puncture accuracy was 96.30 % (130/135). Complications included pneumothorax in 3 patients, pulmonary hemorrhage in 2, urinary incontinence in 1, and skin frostbite in 1 patient, and the complication rate was 14.89% (7/47). Conclusion CT-Pinpoint location system-guided AHCS ablation for body tumor is safe and effective, having good clinical value.
