摘 要:目的探讨不同直径球囊对建立未成年兔腹主动脉狭窄模型的影响。方法雄性新西兰大白兔25只,随机分为正常对照组(n=5)和建模组(n=20),建模组随机平均分为建模A、B、C、D组,分别采用直径2.5、3.0、3.5、4.0mm的球囊扩张损伤兔腹主动脉。术后28天高频超声评价血管直径狭窄率,同时观察内膜增生情况。结果建模A、B、C组建模后28天超声测量直径狭窄率高于正常对照组和建模D组(P<0.05)。各建模组建模后28天新生内膜面积和内膜增生指数较正常对照组增加(P<0.01),建模A、B、C组球囊血管直径比例与内膜增生指数呈正相关(r2=0.784,P<0.001)。建模D组球囊血管直径比例最高,但新生内膜面积和内膜增生指数低于建模C组(P<0.05)。结论选用适当大小球囊,通过内膜损伤建立未成年兔腹主动脉狭窄模型是安全可行的。Objective To estimate the impact of balloon size on establishment of young rabbit models of abdominal aortic stenosis. Methods Twenty-five New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into normal control group (n=5) and operated groups (n=20). Rabbits in operated groups were averagely divided into group A, B, C and D, matching to balloon diameters of 2.5, 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0 mm. Stenosis degree was explored with high-frequency ultrasound, and intimal hyperplasia was examined with pathology 28 days after balloon-injury. Results Stenosis ratio of group A, B and C were higher than that of normal control group and group D 28 days after balloon-injury (P(0.05). Neointimal area and intimalmedia ratio increased in the operated groups compared with normal control group (P〈(0.01). Positive correlation was not- ed between the degree of vessel expansion and proliferation index (r2 =0. 784, P〈0. 001) among group A, B and C. The degree of vessel expansion in group I) was the highest, but neointimal area and intimal-media ratio of group D were smaller than those of group C (P〈0.05). Conclusion It is feasible to found young-rabbit models of abdominal aortic stenosis with appropriate balloon by intimal-injury technique.
