摘  要:随着国家对儿科医学教育的重视,提高儿科专业学位研究生培养质量及创新培养模式成为了目前研究的重要课题。文中结合湖南省儿童医院研究生培养模式,从优化生源结构开始,在培养过程中,使学生提前进入临床,严格培养过程及考核,多方位营造良好学习平台。加强师资队伍建设的同时,强化研究生自我管理,创新研究生培养特色。l Along with the national attention to the education on pediatrics, it has become an important research topic that how to improve training quality and training model of pediatric graduate students. This research is based on our training mode to cre ate a good platform. With strict training and examination, the training process enables students to join clinical work earlier from the optimization of the source structure. The innovation of the training features include the improvement of teaching staff as well as students self management.
