摘　　要：目的 探讨保留阔筋膜的腹股沟淋巴结清扫术治疗阴茎癌患者的控瘤效果。 方法 回顾性分析2002~2011年104例阴茎癌患者在我院行保留阔筋膜的腹股沟淋巴结清扫术的资料。 结果 中位随访时间36（10~130）个月，单侧腹股沟淋巴结清扫术清出淋巴结数目平均12.5（3~31）枚。总体患者3年疾病特异性生存率为92.1%，其中pN0、pN1、pN2和pN3的患者分别为100%、91.3%、80%和33.3%。1例患者术后7月复发，位于外环口上方阔肌膜范围之外。结论 保留阔筋膜腹股沟淋巴结清扫术治疗无淋巴结结外侵犯阴茎癌患者控瘤效果与经典根治术相似。者控瘤效果与经典根治术相似. Abstract： Objective To investigate local groin recurrence associated with fascia lata preservation during inguinal lymphadenectomy （ILAD） for penile carcinoma. Methods Data of 201 inguinal dissections with preservation of the fascia lata （ILADPFL） performed in 104 patients with clinical staged ≤ N2 during 2002 to 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. Survival data were retrospectively analyzed,and survival probabilities were calculated. Results Median follow up was 36 months （10~130 month）. A mean number of 12.5 nodes were removed per groin. One patient （1%） had a recurrence outside the borders of the fascia lata after seven months of follow up. The three year disease free survival rate was 92.1% （100% for pN0, 91.3% for pN1, 80% for pN2,and 33.3% for pN3）. Conclusions ILADPFL for penile carcinoma patients without extranodal extension is as effective as the classic dissection technique.
