摘  要:目的探讨蜈蚣提取液对大鼠胰腺癌的治疗作用。方法90只SD大鼠按随机数字表法分为A、B、C三组,将二甲基苯并蒽(DMBA)直接置入到大鼠胰腺被膜下胰腺实质内,建立胰腺癌模型。A组每周灌服蜈蚣提取液一次,连续灌服5个月;B组每周腹腔注射曲古霉素(TSA)一次,连续5个月;C组不做干预饲养5个月,观察三组sD大鼠胰腺肿瘤的发生及生长情况,并进行)(2及秩和检验分析。结果A组与B组比较胰腺肿瘤的发生率差异无统计学意义(24.1%vs25.0%,P〉0.9),A组、B组分别与C组比较差异有统计学意义(24.1%、25.0%vs51.7%,P〈0.05);A组与B组的肿瘤大小比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),而A、B两组分别与C组的肿瘤大小相比差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论蜈蚣提取液能抑制SD大鼠胰腺癌的发生和生长。Objective To explore the treatment of centipede extract on rat pancreatic cancer. Methods A total of 90 Sprague-Dawely (SD) rats were randomly divided into A, B, and C groups, and the dimethylbenzanthracene (DMBA) was used to establish pancreatic cancer model. Within continuous five-month experimental period, rats were fed with centipede extract weekly in group A, intraperitoneal injection of trichostatin weekly in B group, and without any intervention in C group. The incidence and growth of pancreatic cancer in each group were observed and the results were analyzed with X2 and rank sum test. Results No significant difference was found in the incidence of pancreatic cancer between groups A and B (24. 1% vs 25.0%, P 〉 0. 9); however, significant difference was found between groups A and C (24. 1% vs 51.7%, P 〈0. 05) or between groups B and C (25.0% vs 51.7%, P 〈0.05). No significant difference was found in the tumor size between groups A and B ( P 〉 0. 05 ) ; however, significant difference was found between group A and C ( P 〈 0. 05 ) or between groups B and C ( P 〈 0.05 ). Con- clusions Centipede extract might inhibit the incidence and growth of pancreatic cancer of SD rats.
