摘　　要：[摘要]目的探讨MMP-2在葡萄胎组织中的表达及其预测葡萄胎恶变的价值。方法收集清宫术后病理诊断为葡萄胎的30例患者首次清宫组织，并收集正常早孕（6—8周）无其他疾病、要求终止妊娠的20例绒毛组织。将组织分为正常绒毛组（20例）、葡萄胎组（24例）、侵葡组（3例），采用免疫组化方法检测MMP-2在各组的表达情况。结果MMP-2在侵葡组、葡萄胎组以及正常绒毛组的灰密度值依次为71．87±16．43，93．38±11．45，105．33±15．12，组间两两比较均有显著性差异（P均〈0．05）。结论MMP-2高表达可能在葡萄胎、侵蚀性葡萄胎发生发展过程中有促进作用，且有可能促进葡萄胎组织的恶变。Objective It is to explore the expression of MMP- 2 in hydatidiform mole tissue, and its value for predicting the malignant change of hydatidiform mole. Methods 30 cases were pathologically confirmed as hydatidiform mole, and the collection of normal pregnancy （6 -8 weeks） without other diseases, to terminate the pregnancy villus tissues of 20 cases as control. The organization was divided into normal villi group （20 cases） , hydatidiform mole group （24 cases） , invasive hyda- tidiform mole （3 cases） , using immunohistochemistry to detect the expression of MMP -2 in each group. Results The average gray density value of MMP - 2 in invasive mole group, the mole group and the normal villi group were 71.87 ± 16.43, 93.38 ± 11.45, 105.33± 15.12 respectively. There were significant differences between any two of these three groups. Conclusion High expression of MMP - 2 may occur in hydatidiform mole development process, and may promote the malignant transforma- tion of hydatidiform mole.
