摘  要:目的:探讨寒药黄芩对酵母所致热证大鼠肝脏能量代谢的影响。方法:大鼠皮下注入20%酵母悬液10ml/kg,并立即灌服黄芩水煎液6.0g生药/kg、3.0g生药/kg,给药后第12小时处死大鼠,测定其血清游离脂肪酸(NEAF)含量、肝组织琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、Na+-K+-ATP酶、Ca2+-ATP酶活性、三磷酸腺苷(ATP)含量及能荷值(EC)值。结果:与模型对照组相比,黄芩6.0g生药/kg、3.0g生药/kg组大鼠肝脏二磷酸腺苷(ATP)、二磷酸腺苷(ADP)、单磷酸腺苷(AMP)及腺苷酸池(TAN)含量均明显下降,EC值明显上升;黄芩3.0g生药/kg有升高血清NEFA含量的趋势,6.0g生药/kg可明显升高血清NEFA含量;黄芩6.0g生药/kg、3.0g生药/kg可降低肝糖原水平及SDH活力;黄芩3.0g生药/kg降低Na+-K+-ATPase、Ca2+-ATPase活力而6.0g生药/kg对Na+-K+-ATPase、Ca2+-ATPase活性影响均不明显。结论:黄芩对热证大鼠肝脏能量代谢有抑制作用。Objective: To discuss the effects of Radix Scutellariae on hepatic energy metabolism in pyretic syndrome rats induced by yeast. Methods: SD rats were injected subcutaneously in the back with 20% yeast suspension at the dose of 10ml/Kg, and were immediately administrated with water decoction of Radix Scutellariae 6.0g/kg, and 3.0g/kg while the model group and blank control group was given the same volume of saline. The rats were killed at 12h after administration, and the content adenine mononucleotide was assayed in liver tissue using HPLC method. The content of NEAF in serum, the cotent of glycogen in liver, the activity of SDH and Na+ -K+ -ATPase, Ca2+ -ATP in liver, were assayed with spectrophotometric method. Results: Compared with model group, the content of ATP, ADP, AMP and TAN in liver tissue were decreased significantly, the EC were significantly raised with Radix Scutellariae at 3.0g/kg and 6.0g/kg. The content of NEAF in serum can be reduced significantly by Radix Scutellariae at 6.0g/kg. The content of glycogen in liver can be decreased significantly by Radix Scutellariae at 3.0g/kg. The activity of SDH can be decreased by Radix Scutellariae at 3.0g/kg and 6.0g/kg. significantly. The activity of Na+ -K+-ATPase and Ca2+ -ATPase showed no obvious change at 6.0g/kg while significant reducetion at 3.0g/kg. Conclusion: Radix Scutellariae has good curative effects on pyretic syndrome rats.
