添加玉米油对瘤胃挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)浓度及比例的影响

摘　　要：用3头装有瘤胃瘘管的成年杂交牛饲喂加入0、4％和8％玉米油的稻草和精料混合料(2:1)日粮,按3×3拉丁方试验设计,在饲喂后2、4、6、8h瘤胃液取样。试验结果表明,添加4％和8％玉米油时瘤胃液pH值、NH_3-N浓度与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05),但有提高NH_3-N浓度的趋势;瘤胃TVFA浓度依玉米油添加量产生不同的结果,添加玉米油4％时与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05),但有提高的趋势;添加8％玉米油时显著降低瘤胃TVFA和乙酸浓度(P<0.05),分别下降9.81％和14.35％;丙酸、丁酸浓度基本不受影响(P>0.05);添加玉米油会导致乙酸/丙酸比例降低,从3.75:1分别降到3.26:1和3.14:1。Three hybrid yellow cattle, fitted with rumen cannulas, were fed with ricestraw and mixed concentrates (2: 1) which was added with 0, 4% and 8% corn oil, andwere used in a 3×3 latin square experiment. Rumen liquid was drived at 2h, 4h, 6h and8h after feeding. The result shows that the pH and NH_3-N of rumen liquid was not affect-ed by the dietary treatments (P>0. 05). TVFA concentrations in the rumen liquid was notalso affected by the supplementary 4% corn oil (P>0. 05), but decreased with adding cornoil 8% (9. 81%, P<0. 05), significantly. Acetate (A) concentrations in the rumen liq-uid decreased significantly (14. 35%, P<0. 05), but propionate (P) and butyrate werenot affected (P>0. 05) by the supplementary corn oil 8%. A.'P dropped with supplemen-tary corn oil (3. 26: 1 and 3. 14: 1 dropped from 3. 75: 1).
