参柏祛毒汤联合干扰素栓治疗CINⅠ～Ⅱ级LEEP术后病变残存的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨参柏祛毒汤联合干扰素栓治疗CINⅠ～Ⅱ级LEEP术后病变残存的临床疗效.方法 将CIN Ⅰ～Ⅱ级LEEP 术后病变残存的80例患者随机分为两组,每组各40例.两组均于月经净后予α-干扰素栓塞阴道,隔日1次,每次10万U,晚睡前使用,连续10次用药;治疗组联用参柏祛毒汤口服1周.疗程结束及随后3、6个月及12个月进行宫颈薄层细胞学及高危型人乳头瘤病毒16/18型DNA检查.结果 疗程结束及治疗后3、6、12个月的治愈率试验组高于对照组（P＜0.05）,差异有统计学意义;无不良反应.结论 参柏祛毒汤联合干扰素栓治疗CIN Ⅰ～Ⅱ级LEEP术后病变残存是安全、有效的.Objective To investigate the effect of Shenbaiqudu decoction combined with interferon suppository in the treatment of residual lesions in patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasias （CIN） Ⅰ-Ⅱafter loop electrosurgical excision procedure （LEEP）. Method Eighty patients were divided into two groups randomly. After the menstruation clean, both groups were treated with interferon suppository of 10^5 IU, placed at deep portion of vagina before sleep, once every other day, for ten times; only patients in study group were treated with Shenbaiqudu decoction every day for a week in extra. TCT and HPV16/18-DNA were checked right after the therapy , 3,6,and 12 months after. Results The clinical cure rate was significantly higher in the study group than in the control group（P 〈0.05 ） . Conclusion It is suggested that Shenbaiqudu decoction combined with interferon suppository would be effective and safe in the treatment of residual lesions in patients with CIN Ⅰ-Ⅱ after LEEP.
